oxgame Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the oxgame platform available at oxgame.ws (hereinafter "the Platform," "oxgame," or "the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms as they may be updated from time to time in accordance with Section 13.

The oxgame Platform is intended solely for eligible users who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are 21 years of age or older. oxgame strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered users. Any person found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended and all funds forfeited pending investigation.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by oxgame or any third-party responsible gaming authority.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of a third party.

To access the full range of oxgame services — including casino games, sports betting, and PKR wallet functionality — you must create a registered account. By registering, you agree to the following:

• One Account Per Person: Each user is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify oxgame immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• KYC Compliance: oxgame may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Required documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and payment method verification.
• Account Transferability: Your oxgame account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on the oxgame Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: oxgame currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfers and other methods are displayed at the time of transaction in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in the cashier. oxgame targets same-day processing for most PKR withdrawal methods during regular business hours. Withdrawals may be delayed where KYC verification is pending or where a security review has been initiated.
• Own Payment Methods Only: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• No Conversion Fees: oxgame does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Your balance is maintained in PKR at all times. For USDT TRC20 transactions, conversion rates applicable at the time of the transaction will be displayed before confirmation.
• Refunds: Deposits that have been wagered are not refundable. Unplayed deposit funds may be withdrawn subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and compliance checks.

oxgame offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotional terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. oxgame reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be claimed per promotion per user, household, device, or IP address.
• Abuse Prevention: Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, the use of automated play software, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Modification and Withdrawal: oxgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights already accrued by users in good standing.

The oxgame Platform operates a full suite of casino games including live dealer tables, RNG-based slots and table games, sports betting markets, and color prediction rounds. The following terms apply across all game categories:

• RNG Certification: All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the Platform are tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are provided by regulated third-party studio providers. In the event of a technical disruption to a live game, the round will be resolved in accordance with the provider's published rules. oxgame's decision on disputed live game outcomes is final.
• Sports Betting: All sports betting markets, including PSL and cricket, are governed by oxgame's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are binding.
• Voided Games and Bets: oxgame reserves the right to void any game round or bet where a technical error, software fault, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such circumstances, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, oxgame's liability is limited to returning the player's original stake for the affected round. No other compensation is payable in respect of a game malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oxgame Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or any game.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or loopholes in game logic or the Platform's systems.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any activity connected with the proceeds of crime.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud via payment providers.
• Sharing, selling, or otherwise making your account credentials available to third parties.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.

All content on the oxgame Platform — including but not limited to the oxgame brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of oxgame or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from oxgame.
• Use the oxgame brand, logo, or any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download any content from the Platform.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by oxgame and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oxgame, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity failures, or server interruptions beyond oxgame's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including forfeiture of bonuses or account suspension.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banking institutions.
• Any loss resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

oxgame's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of the funds held in your oxgame account at the time the claim arises.

oxgame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is available at oxgame.ws/privacy-policy.

By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data — including name, date of birth, CNIC details, contact information, and transaction history — is collected and processed for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

oxgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in connection with deposits made to your account.
• A self-exclusion or cooling-off request submitted by you or on your behalf.
• Reasonable suspicion of unauthorised third-party access to your account.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting the oxgame support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which oxgame holds its applicable gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and oxgame:

• You should first contact the oxgame support team to attempt resolution informally. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
• If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process outlined in the oxgame Complaints Procedure, available from the support team upon request.
• oxgame's decision on matters of game outcome, bonus eligibility, and account status is final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process.
